This is a wonderful sign, and I would use it quite often as I was driving along and would see our friends following in the clouds.
It sort of relieved my frustrations in trying to communicate with my government, and all their cover-ups.
Here I was in the middle of two worlds, and my world would not listen. So we would exchange "V" signs.
