BEAUTIFUL BUT IMPOSSIBLE

1. I was working on having the ROAD MARKINGS CHANGED as I saw two people killed on this section of highway, which had a dotted line around a curve. I had taken pictures, and made up a covering letter which I submitted to the Mayors office, the local MP plus the Department of Highways. The road markings were corrected.
2. I was driving back in this area outside Carleton Place, Ontario, Canada, when I noticed a "RAINBOW" over the section of highway that I was working on. This I knew was impossible, so I took two pictures. They are below and confirm what I had suspected. An "ARTIFICIAL CLOUD".
3. Your focus will be on the small UFO, the black dot ship that is on the top, beside another blur ship, and also the black dot ship in the middle.
4. The FOUR CIRCLES in the MIDDLE of the "ARTIFICIAL CLOUD" that is a good place to start, for you to QUESTION.
5. THE CLOUD IS THE MAIN UFO!
