They were trying to communicate something to me, which they did, using a very high technology. I had previously seen different a form of communication, that we are at the early stages of developing. Both of these will be revealed to you with the next web upgrade, but it really is not appropriate to do so now.
I did not care how friendly they were, I did not care about all the information I had been given. Ottawa, must know that there are UFOS OVER OTTAWA, and I was not going to stop until they did!
The Hull Casino, which is beside, Ottawa, had these large spot lights, rotating and shooting into the sky for miles, and I could see, they would hit the bottom of these ufo clouds and the contents, but the light would not penetrate one inch into the ufo. I drove all over Ottawa, and area, making note of several of the locations of the ufos, including one beside the Hull Casino on the left side. I was mad, I was upset, and I knew C.S.I.S. had a recorded telephone, and I kept the number in my wallet.
I was on the phone to C.S.I.S. calling in the locations of the ufos, in the clouds, including one near Eddy Street, moving slowly to Parliament Hill; in a tone that would wake the dead! “TURN THE LIGHTS OFF AT THE HULL CASINO BEFORE WE HAVE A MAJOR PROBLEM WITH UFOS” ...approximate verbiage
A short time after that the lights were turned off, and a better reason was given.
I think this helped with our relations with our visitors until the day the helicopters came. I was on a bicycle near the Ottawa River, and I could hear this large thundering noise coming down the river. The clouds did contain, some of our visitors, and they were very low.
Now, three large military helicopters, in close formation, just above the water came powering their way up the river. I thought, this is going to be interesting! They kept low, and one broke away from the others, and went over the tops of Ottawa’s downtown. The pilots would have been experienced enough, to know the clouds just above them were not made of water. (Anyone with reports, please send them to us, for public release). This was a scene out of Star Wars, two worlds so close and not knowing what to do.
Now something unusual happened, and Ottawa might not have noticed, one of the smaller white clouds, came down near where I was, as if to ask for help, or to consult. I said nothing, but I thought it was a strange reaction. I was actually very happy that this meeting took place, as I wanted the awareness of both to be known.
